HalloweenTrains.com™ Contact Page

HalloweenTrains.com™ was started in 2008 to provide resources and information for people who wanted to set up indoor Halloween or Autumn displays with villages or trains. Since then, we've had a lot of interest in Halloween-themed projects and products. This page is to help us answer your questions more effectively.

For more information, contact us through:

      Breakthrough Communications
      4923 W. National Rd.
      Springfield OH 45504

Or type your name, e-mail address, and message into the following form. In case you wondered, no salesman will call, and your contact information will not be given to anyone else under any circumstances. But it would help us plan future products and maybe even answer your question better if you'd help with a handful of survey questions, too.

Do you Need the Order Tracking Pages Instead? Note: I don't sell trains, I only review and occasionally accept advertising for products I believe in. So I can usually answer questions about the quality or size of the product, but I can't answer questions about orders. If you have questions about an order you placed with one of our recommended suppliers, please check the links below:

    • If you ordered a Hawthorne Village product, please find a copy of your order or invoice and go to the Bradford Exchange Contact Page or call the Bradford Exchange customer service phone number: 1-866-907-3607. In Canada, call 1-866-285-0932. (This used to be called "Collectibles Today," in case you wondered.)
    • If you ordered a Lionel product, the best place to start is on the Lionel Order Tracking page.
    • If you ordered any other product, including Bachmann, Hawthorne Village, and AristoCraft, please go to the general Order Tracking page.

For all other questions, concerns, suggestions, etc., please use the form below.

Note for Real People Who Want to Sign Up Sadly, every week dozens of spammers and jokesters fill out this form thinking that somehow their unwelcome advertisements or content will show up on my site (they don't). So I'm now asking people who want to subscribe to our newsletters to supply their real full name and some information about themselves and/or their hobby so we know it's it's not just a random spam attempt. You can check off boxes that apply to you (I can tell if a real hobbyist does this), and/or you can add a comment about trains or related hobbies.

In other words, if you attempt to sign up with no information to speak of, we will be forced to delete your request. I apologize for any inconvenience, but the fake sign-up requests have gotten out of control, and we want to devote our attention to real people with real questions.

Considering how much personal information I've shared over the years on these web pages, I don't think that's asking too much. Again, NONE of your personal information will every be revealed, sold, traded, or used in any way except for me to have a better idea of who my readers are.

    Thanks, and happy railroading,

    Paul Race
